According to ETrucker.com, customers are happier with full-service moving companies that they were at this time last year. The J.D. Power and Associates customer survey (studied moves in the U.S. in the past 12 months) said customers were more satisfied with factors like the shipping estimate process, packing, loading and unloading, transportation of belongings and insurance/valuation coverage. Overall satisfaction was up 16 points compared to 2008, averaging 804 on a scale of 1,000 in 2009.
