Real Estate Movies

Here’s something fun to blog about for the Austin local movers. Since the moving industry is so closely related and even affected by what’s happening in real estate, the All My Sons of Austin with the help of RentedSpaces.com is bringing you the Top 5 Real Estate Movies. Enjoy!

The Amityville Horror (1979): The Amityville house located in Long Island was supposed to be the dream home of a young couple who blew off the fact that a horrible mass murder happened there before they bought the place…until the walls start bleeding.

Pacific Heights: A young couple wants to fix up their newly bought Victorian house, so to help cover the costs they rent out a converted apartment in their place to who they thought was a nice man. He turns out to make their life a living hell.

Poltergeist: A couple moves into a house in a nice suburban neighborhood, but what they didn’t know is that the house is built on a old cemetery that was transported to another location.

The Money Pit: A young couple buys a mansion at a ridiculous price but they minute they move in, it starts to fall apart. Staircases collapse, bathtub crashes through the top floor and more real estate disasters.

Neighbors: An obnoxious family moves next door to a suburban, quiet man and the war between the two camps begins.
