Austin in the News

An article on RealtyTimes.com states that Austin has seen a 17% decrease in home inventory and an increase in sales. The article attributes this increase to lower interest rates, the stimulus package and the fact that Austin is ranked as one of the top 10 best cities to move to. According to another article on this popular news website says the capital of Texas and 16th-largest city is listed as on of Kiplinger’s Top 10 best places to live list this year. Kiplinger says Austin and its surrounding areas “offer a strong economy, a solid, moderately priced housing market, a growing population and enough natural beauty to justify staying outside.
